About the Firm

Rosa Law Firm is the successor to the long time Orange County firm originally known as Beam, Brobeck and West, which was well known beginning in the 1970’s. After being a name partner with the defense firm Aherns and Rosa for over 10 years, in 2006 Mr. Rosa became a name partner with Beam, Brobeck, West, Borges and Rosa. After the retirement of former partners Byron Beam and Dave Brobeck the firm became known as West and Rosa until John West retired in 2024, when the firm became Rosa Law Firm at the beginning of 2025. Rosa Law Firm enjoys an outstanding reputation in the Southern California legal community continuing its long-time representation of Healthcare providers, Healthcare Institutions, Liability Insurance Companies, Public Entities, and Individuals who seek the best representation in their time of need
